27-year-old Peng Zhengyu from Zhejiang province has become China's youngest runner to complete all six World Marathon Majors.

 

27岁浙江女孩彭郑钰成为中国最年轻的完成世界马拉松大满贯的跑步者。
 

 

She completed the marathons in Tokyo, London, Berlin, Chicago, Boston and New York City in just 211 days, the quickest time of all 38 Chinese runners who’ve made the achievement.

 

Peng is fairly new to marathon running. She took up the sport in 2015 as a way of losing weight and completed her first Marathon in Cannes in the same year.

 

Apart from the World Marathon Majors, Peng has also taken part in the world ‘coolest’ running event - The Polar Circle Marathon in October 2016.

 

For her next challenge, she says her next goal is tackling¹ the Eiger Ultra Trail in Switzerland.
