80% working women under heavy pressure

Chinanews, Beijing, Feb.6 – A survey covering 2,250 working Chinese women shows that 77% of the responders are under heavy pressures from their career.

 

Twenty-one percent of the responders complain about the pressures from income, 41% worry about future development and the other 38% feel their environment depressing1. The bad relationship between their bosses and them contribute quite a lot to the pressures of future development. Sadly, many women know hardly anything about controlling their temper2. In fact, career pressures might even lead to failed marriage and love affairs.

 

In the survey, more than 60% of the responders also claim that they need personal spaces, as they are tired of overwork.

 

Only 10% of the responders are satisfied with their current situation, while 63% of them who badly need the recognition3 of others. often suffer from a sense of failure,
