Chinanews, Beijing, December 26 – An Olympic Star Avenue will be built in the scenic area of the National Stadium, also known as the “Bird's Nest” , so called for its shape. Olympic champions and other persons who have made great contributions to the sports movement, including athletes, coaches and artists, will be invited to leave their palm prints on the avenue.

 

Besides, a 4- or 5-star hotel will be built on the 5th and 6th floors of the northern part of the Stadium, including 80 rooms and a dining hall.
