Sometimes when a group of people or a team is down and they need to cheer¹ themselves² up they have a "group hug³".

 

有时，团队成员情绪低落，需要提振精神的时候，他们就会来一个“集体拥抱”。

 

Usually someone⁴ says: "Group Hug" or "Let's have a group hug." Then the group forms⁵ a circle and each participant⁶ puts their arms over their neighbors⁷' shoulders.

 

通常都是一个人说“集体拥抱”或“我们来个集体拥抱吧。”然后，整个团队的人围成一圈，每个人都把自己的手臂搭在旁边伙伴的肩膀上。
