WJ occurs when you complete an assignment, project, or other accomplishment¹ and a co-worker, supervisor², executive or other employee either 

a. claims the credit for the work accomplished³ 

b. discredits⁴ the work accomplished for no apparent reason 

c. requests a lot of useless modifications⁵ or asks a lot of pointless questions to make the work seem inadequate⁶

 

工作劫持发生的情况有以下三种：当你完成了一项任务或一个项目，这时候一个同事或主管——

情况一：将功劳占为己有；

情况二：毫无道理地质疑工作成果；

情况三：要求做许多毫无用处的修改，或是问许多没有意义的问题，完全是为了挑刺。

 

This situation is typically encountered when interacting with people who either do no or little work, have no accomplishments⁷, and are lacking in grey matter.

这种情形通常发生在和那些不干活或干活很少、没有成就、脑子不好使的人打交道的过程中。
