CCTV host slams Lu Liping's gay slur¹

央视主持人抨击吕丽萍“反同”言论

In a late night commentary broadcast on CCTV 13 on Tuesday night under the banner "please respect each community group's choice", host Qiu Qiming slammed the 2010 winner of the Golden Horse Best Actress Award for homophobia.

在央视13套于本周二晚间播出的一档评论节目中，主持人邱启明抨击了2010年金马奖影后吕丽萍的“反同”言论。节目题为“请尊重每个群体的自我选择”。

文中的gay slur就是指“反同”言论，也就是反对同性恋，还可以写作homosexual slur。Slur在这里意思是“诽谤、侮辱、诋毁”，比如online slur就是指“网上诽谤”。此外，slur还经常用来形容醉酒或疲劳后，人们含混不清地说话，比如The drunk man slurred² his words.（那醉汉说话含糊不清。）

Homophobia指的是对同性恋者的厌恶和恐惧，也称为“恐同症”。同性恋者的sexual orientation（性取向）与常人有别，gay一般用来指男同性恋，女同性恋称为lesbian。我们在影视剧中，常常见到称某人是straight或者straight man（直男），其实就是说他是异性恋。
