人均GDP“翻两番” to quadruple the per capita GDP

胡锦涛同志在在十七大报告中谈到实现全面建设小康社会奋斗目标的新要求时说, 在优化结构、提高效益、降低消耗、保护环境的基础上，要实现人均国内生产总值到2020年比2000年翻两番。
