Old head 元老

Old head refers to one who ranks in age and experience, especially when in social groups, e.g. a tenured member of an office.

Old head指年龄和经历都很资深的人，尤其适用于某些社会团体中，比如，某个（政府）办公室的终身成员，也就是我们所说的（几届）“元老”。

For example:

"Kristie is an old head." -In reference¹ to her knowledge and experience with industrial music.

“克里斯蒂是位元老。”——我指的是她在工业噪音音乐方面的知识和经历。
