Phone neck 电话脖

Phone neck refers to neck pain caused by holding a telephone between one's shoulder and ear for extended periods. It is one of the modern white-collar ailments¹.

A variation on the theme is cellular² phone neck, implausibly caused by a driver jamming a phone between his ear and shoulder so that he can keep both hands on the wheel.

这个词还有个衍生说法是“手机脖”（cellular phone neck），是驾驶员为了保证双手都在方向盘上，所以将手机夹在肩膀和耳朵之间引起的不适反应。
