Rigged：作弊的，非法操纵的

12月5日，乌克兰最高法院终审判决11月21日举行的总统选举第二轮投票结果无效，并确定12月26日重新进行总统选举第二轮投票。即将离任的乌克兰总统库奇马在发生总统大选舞弊风波以后首次接受了采访，谴责乌克兰最高法院做出的重新选举的决定。外电报道如下：Ukraine's outgoing President Leonid Kuchma said on Tuesday he had agreed to sack the central election commission and support election law reform -- both key opposition¹ demands to end mass protests against a rigged vote.

But there was no agreement on a third condition -- dismissing the government -- that had been set by the opposition who mobilized hundreds of thousands of protesters. The Supreme² Court last week ordered a re-run of the vote on Dec. 26.

Rigged表示“作弊的，非法操纵的”，rig表示“（用欺骗手段）操纵，舞弊”，例如：rig the market（操纵市价）；rig a prizefight（操纵价格大战）等。
