中国航天不搞“太空竞赛”

    国防科工委副主任陈求发表示，中国航天的发展始终坚持和平利用太空的原则，不搞太空竞赛。那么，“太空竞赛”怎么说呢？

    China is firmly against the militarization of outer space, and will never engage in a space arms race of outer space. "The ongoing¹ lunar exploration program has no military purposes," Chen Qiufa said.

    陈求发表示，中国坚决反对搞外空军备竞赛，决不参与太空竞赛，中国此次绕月探测工程也没有任何军事目的。

    太空竞赛表示在外太空部署武器，搞外太空军备竞赛，表达为“space arms race”或“weapons /arms race in outer space”。
