Chinanews, Beijing, October 13 – According to a survey by Horizon Research, most players of online games in China are young single people with decent income, good education and high position.

 

Currently, there are more than 20 million regular players of online games, forming a market of 2.47 billion yuan. It is estimated that the market scale will reach 10 billion yuan by 2009.

 

31.3% of online games are under 25 years old, and another 19.7 aged1 between 26 and 30. 41.7% of gamers are female.

 

10.6% of such gamers earn more than 3,000 yuan every month, while only 3% of Chinese have such high income.
