Chinanews, Guangzhou, August 31 – According to the new custom regulations, cultural relics1 that date back before 1949 will not be allowed to be taken out of China.

 

In the old regulations, only cultural relics before 1795 (the ending year of the Qing Dynasty Emperor Qianlong’s reign) were not allowed to be taken out.
