L: What does table tennis require?

J: Oh, it's not a piece of cake. It requires speed, balance, stamina¹, agility², flexibility³, coordination⁴ and good footwork.

L: I think so. By the way, why do you prefer the pen-hold grip?

J: I can get more control by doing so.
