律师为当事人制作的"法律意见书"

律师为当事人提供法律服务，其内容之一便是制作"法律意见书".此"法律意见书"，英语作何译？——则各有各的译法。因此，与其苦思冥想、搜索枯肠，想出个恰当的译名来，不如注意观察，从英语实践中攫取自然存在的对应词。为此，守株待兔有年。某日，终于找到了，而且很简单——"opinion letters"：
