Shanghai to make itself int'l financial center by 2020

Chinanews, Shanghai, November 19 – According to Hanzheng, the mayor of Shanghai, Shanghai will form a basic frame of an international financial center by 2010, and it will eventually become a full-fledged one by 2020.   Shanghai has been working hard to making itself the financial center of China since the 1990s, and it will grasp the chance of globalization and marketization to become an international financial center.   Lujiazu Financial District being the core part of Shanghai as a financial center, will definitely play a more active part in the future.
