Chinanews, Beijing, Oct. 25 – According to statistics provided by Guangdong Provincial1 People’s Hospital, currently women white collars are more likely to suffer from hyperthyroidism in China. Experts said that psychological pressure is the cause for more people to suffer from this illness.

 

Li Hongmei, an expert from Beijing, said that more and more 20-year-old white collars have suffered from hyperthyroidism, and she also revealed that such disease has become common in cities at the moment.

 

Li also pointed2 out those young women aged3 20-30 are more likely to fall victim to this disease. She warned that hyperthyroidism might cause gynecological diseases and even result in the loss of reproduction ability.

 

She suggested that young people should arrange their daily life carefully and spend more time to relax themselves.
