What is the personal bank settlement account?
According to the unified1 regulation of PBC （"Administration Measures of RMB Bank Settlement Account" PBC order [2003] No.5）, personal bank settlement account means a RMB current saving account opened by an individual client in the name of a natural person in virtue2 of its personal valid3 identity certificate and used for fund collection, payment and settlement.
什么是个人银行结算账户？
　　按中国人民银行统一规定（《人民币银行结算账户管理办法》中国人民银行令[2003]第5号），个人银行结算账户是指个人客户凭个人有效身份证件以自然人名称开立的，用于办理资金收付结算的人民币活期存款账户。
