CKNOWLEDGEMENT by and between _ （Landlord）， and _（Tenant1），

　　For good consideration it is agreed that Landlord hereby waives2 all claim to certain equipment， fixtures3， improvements，accessories or appurtenances as may be installed by Tenant on the premises4 known as _， said personal property being as contained on the annexed5 list.

　　Landlord agrees that said personal property shall remain property of Tenant and may be removed by Tenant upon the expiration6 of its tenancy； provided however， that Tenant shall restore said premises to its original condition to the extent practicable.
