The SINO-U.S. Food Wisdom Valley was established in Seattle, U.S.A. on Wednesday by China's Yili Group and the U.S. collaborative partners.

Based in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous1 Region, the group is the biggest dairy producer in Asia, reaching out to Europe, America, and Oceania.
 
According to sources, the SINO-U.S. Food Wisdom Valley will effectively promote a wide range of bilateral2 cooperation between agri-food enterprises, universities, research institutes.
 
It will force on nutrition and health, product development, food safety, agricultural technology, animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, ecological3 environmental protection, enterprise management, and personnel training.
 
"As an important part of the economic and trade exchanges between China and the United States, the agricultural and food industry has always been highly valued by the leaders of our two countries," Pan Gang, Chairman of the Board and President of Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd, said at the establishment ceremony.
