Two more deaths connected to Middle East Respiratory Syndrome1 are being reported in South Korea.

Jeong Eun-kyeong with the South Korean Disease Prevention Center updated the figures earlier today.
 
"As of June 25th, 77 patients are receiving medical treatments, 74 were discharged, 29 have died, and 180 have been confirmed to have contracted the disease. Compared to yesterday, the number of patients under treatment has reduced by 8 and the number of the discharged has increased by 7. Two more patients have died and one more case of MERS has been confirmed."
 
There are still more than 26-hundred peole being kept isolated2 for possible MERS infections.
 
At its height, around 9-thousand people had to be isolated amid fears they could transmit the virus to the general public.
 
Virtually all MERS cases in South Korea have been traced to medical facilities in the country.
