A reform blueprint¹ released by the Party in mid-November stated that the petitioning system would be reformed and the online petitioning system would be set up.

 

党在11月中旬公布的改革蓝图提出将改革信访制度，并建立网上投诉体系。

 

State Bureau of Letters and Calls（国家信访局）将改革petitioning system（信访制度），建立online petitioning system（网上投诉体系），方便群众lodge petitions（提出诉求）。

 

当前群众投诉最多的是inappropriate land expropriations（不合理征地）、housing demolition（房屋拆迁）和有关labor and social protection（劳动和社会保障）的不满。
