China attracts 120,000 overseas Chinese students in 5 years

Chinanews, Beijing, Dec. 18 – According to the latest statistics, China has attracted 120 thousand overseas Chinese students to come back in 5 years. From 2003 to 2006, the Ministry1 of Personnel and local governments had built 19 industrial development parks, which had attracted more than 60 high caliber2 returned personnel to work here.

 

Meanwhile, more than 1.25 million foreign experts and 750 thousand experts from Hong Kong and Macao have worked in China in 5 years, and 150 thousand Chinese Communist Party members and technicians have been sent aboard to study in various fields.
