Eco-guardians form the biggest NGO group in China

Chinanews, Beijing, November 13 – Currently1, there are 2,768 NGOs in China working hard for environmental protection, forming the biggest NGO group in the country, according to All-China Environment Federation2.

 

It is expected that such NGOs will work for the benefit of the people in a scientific and creative way, and in the true spirit of environmental protection in China. It is their key responsibility to promote environmental activities among the general public. The only way for them to win popularity3 among the Chinese people is to pitch into action.

 

The National Administration of Environmental Protection has promised that they will further encourage the general public to take part in the protection of ecoenviroment, and they will make the information more open thus to support them with a dependable platform. Besides, the judicial4 system for environmental cases will be completed soon.
