Chinanews, Guangzhou, April 26 - According to the speech of Zhang Feng, the director of Guangdong Provincial1 Population and Family Planning Commission, at a seminar on April 24, babies born in autumn or early winter, especially those born in October, November and December, are usually smarter and stronger than babies born in other seasons.
