Chinanews, Beijing, Sept. 14 – Recently China HR.com launched a survey on this year's college graduates' employment, and the result shows that more than 60% of them are unsatisfied with their current jobs, and 12% feel extremely unsatisfied.
The survey shows that 61% of respondents to the survey think what they have learnt in college can be used in their work, while 19% of them think they have relatively2 low salaries, and 38% think their low salary is beyond their expectations. However, the survey also reflects some interesting phenomenon. Some 77% of respondents believe they are competent in their work, but only 65% can be finally employed. About 19% of them quit their jobs upon termination of their probationary period. Many of them view their current work as a temporary one. On one hand, it reflects enterprises and college graduates hold different views toward work, and on the other hand, more and more students fresh from college, encounter grave employment problem.
